Educational/Professional Background

Dan Phillips received his bachelor's degree in English from Kenyon College in Ohio. In 2001, he joined the Foster Care Utilization Review Program as an administrative assistant, and he joined the Children and Family Research Center as a research specialist in 2007. Dan is a largely self-taught web application / data programmer, with formal training in PHP/MySQL and SAS.

Current Projects

Dan Phillips is responsible for the CFRC website, including the interactive display of data in the the "Data Center." He also assists researchers in the building of online data collection tools (e.g. surveys) and visualizations for special initiatives.
