Educational/Professional Background

Holly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in the helping field, primarily in child welfare spaces in various capacities including intake, case management, quality improvement, training, and peer support. Holly also has clinical experience working with other vulnerable populations including those struggling with chronic mental health, substance use disorders, and incarceration. Holly is passionate about finding creative ways for connecting families to resources to ensure permanency, stability, and safety in their communities. Through Person-Centered and System-Centered approaches, Holly enjoys speaking with families about their needs to ensure they can stay and thrive together. Holly believes in a multi-disciplined, collaborative approach to understanding client perspectives and uses data resources to facilitate the work she does. Holly has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Ball State University and a Master’s of Social Work from Indiana University with a concentration in Children, Youth & Families.
