Holly has over 10 years of child welfare experience, working in intake, case management, quality improvement, and peer support. Holly also has experience working with other vulnerable populations including those struggling with substance use disorders and incarceration. Holly is passionate about finding creative ways to connect families to resources that ensure permanency, stability, and safety in their communities. Through Motivational Interviewing and Person-Centered approaches, Holly enjoys speaking with families about their needs to ensure families can stay and thrive together. Holly has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Ball State University and a Master’s of Social Work from Indiana University with a concentration in Children, Youth & Families. Holly is a licensed social worker in both Indiana and Illinois.
